Barbara has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Cappuccino Financial, she was a client service associate with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and an operations manager with Prudential Securities.
As a client service manager, Barbara plays a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and the smooth operation of the company's services. She ensures that clients feel comfortable, valued and at ease when interacting with us. This involves addressing client inquiries, concerns and needs promptly and professionally. Barbara makes sure to process client transactions accurately and efficiently. She prepares and coordinates the delivery of clients’ enrollment materials, facilitates transfer of assets or accounts from one financial institution to the company's platform and assists in setting up and managing their online account access. Overall, Barbara believes her dedication to providing excellent client service and her ability to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing are critical to the success and reputation of our business.
Barbara and her husband, David, love cooking together, RVing at the beach, listening to live music and taking dance lessons. In her free time, she enjoys paper crafts, working out and relaxing with her rescue dog, Grace.
